Rental Agreement Terms
By renting equipment from Stay Cool Vegas, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before confirming your rental.
Equipment Rental
- All equipment remains the property of Stay Cool Vegas
- Renter is responsible for equipment security during rental period
- Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose
- Do not modify, disassemble, or tamper with equipment
Payment
- Rental fees due upon delivery or as agreed
- Late fees may apply for overdue returns
- Payment accepted via phone or in person
Delivery and Pickup
- Delivery, setup, and pickup included in rental price
- Customer must provide safe access to delivery location
- Equipment must be returned at scheduled pickup time
- Additional fees apply for missed pickup appointments
Equipment Damage and Loss
- Customer responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Report any damage or malfunction immediately
- Customer liable for replacement cost if equipment is lost or stolen
- Deposit may be applied toward damage or loss costs
Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour notice required for full deposit refund
- Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit 50% of deposit
- Same-day cancellations forfeit full deposit
- Weather-related cancellations handled case-by-case
Liability and Safety
- Equipment provided "as-is" in working condition
- Customer responsible for safe operation
- Follow all operating instructions provided
- Stay Cool Vegas not liable for injuries from misuse
- Customer must maintain adequate insurance coverage
Power and Water Requirements
- Customer responsible for providing power source
- Water source required for evaporative coolers
- Equipment must be properly grounded
- Do not use extension cords unless approved
Term Extensions
- Contact us before rental period ends to extend
- Daily rental rate applies to extensions
- Subject to equipment availability
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Clark County, Nevada. Customer agrees to Nevada state law governing this agreement.

Modifications
Stay Cool Vegas reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
By renting equipment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
